COP 3 Presentation : Feedback

Try pick up examples that do a similar advertising campaign - with reference to practical idea 'In Her Shoes'.
Look into and reference existing advertising campaigns for shoes. This should reveal any trends in existing campaigns.

In her shoes, work boots etc.
Could the campaign relate to different types of shoes for different active occasions such as work, gym, casual etc.

Consider what kind of campaign most are static can it move? Is it a banner ad, Ad for screen.
Static campaigns are very generic, using moving image would create a greater impact and stand out from the norm. Perhaps a video or series of GIF's could be created alongside the campaign. E.g. walking towards the camera a different pair of shoes every 'step' (video could be walking downstairs revealing each shoe with a different purpose, for work, for casual etc.)

Can you visualise this campaign through movement - being active and working hard.
Through videos or GIF's instead of all static images.

Show peoples commutes - snapshots of the day
From waking up, going to work, going to lunch, going home etc.

Advertising was progressive in the 60's can you apply different approaches to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th wave examples.
Look into advertising campaigns from the 60's how can contemporary practices be applied to these. What techniques are applied within the different waves of feminisms.

Feedback from my presentation was positive and gave me some very useful approaches and considerations for my practical approach. The feedback also resolved one of my initial concerns of the campaign being to generic and offered a moving image or video solution to this problem. A video could also be shared on platforms like YouTube to reach a wider audience which is also something to consider in the development of my practical approach.
