Reflection: The Pomodoro Method

Although this method has encouraged me to schedule and plan more breaks between work. However, writing weekly to do lists and setting myself break times has helped me put less pressure on myself but still get the work done. The pomodoro method was not effective for me in that I needed a longer period than 25 mins to work. However I do reference this framework in my new method of planning by splitting longer hour blocks of work with a slightly longer break. I have learnt scheduling in breaks is helpful and enables me to be more productive over a longer period of time.
