Setting Goals
Stage one:
ANNUAL GOALS
1. Build a portfolio that showcases my skillset
2. Gain as much experience as possible before graduation
3. Graduate with a 2:1
Stage two:
TERM GOALS
1. Write a good dissertation
2. Make the most of University facilities
3. Build on my confidence in my work and presenting
4. Take more breaks
Stage three:
Stage four:
After this session I have decided my positive habit should be to take more breaks. I will experiment throughout the rest of this week using the pomodoro method to see how this impacts my practice and if this works for me. This will encourage me to build in more breaks throughout my working week, however the short time period of working may not be effective for me but I will reflect on how well this method worked at the end of the week.
