Initial ideas refined Siria’s design preferences for her personal brand identity. Creating a broad range of ideas refined the aesthetic to a script typeface Amalfi Coast and serif typeface Georgia. Discussions with Siria demonstrated she was leaning towards the geometric pattern design with the polka dots so further development will explore a geometric brand identity. Perhaps this design can be incorporated into the typeface. Peer feedback was positive on the feather as a watermark however Siria preferred a minimal abstract approach so incorporating circles to create a simple pattern was a much more visually appealing to her. Further meeting also discussed she wanted to incorporate green and orange and with this suggestion came up with a brighter colour palette collaboratively. However, Siria was keen on black typography which is a harsh contrast to the colour scheme so a grey slightly muted colour paired better with the colour scheme as shown through experimentation. Further discussion will develop the geometric brand identity.
