We took part in role plays this session in pairs to provide each other with feedback on how we would reach out via email. Koyni's email was professional and well structured but perhaps should get more to the point of what she is asking for, a placement. Koyni also provided me with good feedback and suggested to link the design accounts within the main content of the email instead of below, which was a helpful suggestion I will take note of.
